Create Your Own Reality

Joy is the main objective in life that many people fail to obtain. Why? Because their energy is directed towards misery. I come into contact with countless people who are seeking escape from the depths of depression, anxiety, stress, anger, insecurity, confusion, loneliness, money trouble you name it. Bad luck seems to follow them everywhere.  Their world becomes topsy turvy and they can't seem to catch a break.  This is called the Poltergeist Phenomenon which stems from people not understanding that their thoughts and emotions affect their external world.  Thoughts and emotions carry a vibrational frequency which can range from very high to very low. Positive thoughts = high frequency, Negative thoughts = low frequency.

The vibration from one's internal matrix affects their aura (an invisible energy field that surrounds the body) and causes its glow to either be bright or dull in color. Holes or weak spots can honeycomb an aura - leaving the person vulnerable to negativity parasites that seek out vibrations that match their own. These negativity parasites latch onto a person's energy grid causing all sorts of havoc. Your aura works similar to an immune system; the weaker it is, the more susceptible you are to illness or "bad things" happening to you. The stronger it is, the likelier you are able to remain healthy or attract goodness. If you have a fully intact, healthy glowing aura, the likelihood of you attracting mishaps is almost null.

What I have detailed in the paragraphs above is one of the Universal Laws known as the Principle of Vibration which is popularly known as the Law of Attraction. It states, "the energy that you emit is the same energy you will get back."

Understanding the Principle of Vibration and another Universal Law known as the Law of Mentalism can turn a person’s life 180 degrees. I will expound more on this point later on in the article.

The Poltergeist Phenomenon

People are familiar with the movie "Poltergeist" and the family being terrorized by evil ghosts tracking them at every turn trying to bring death and destruction to them. In actuality, many people suffer from this type of phenomenon but only there are no ghosts or goblins or external malevolent forces stalking them. To the contrary, the poltergeist is the Individual. There exists an internal storm so explosive within the person that its force propels outwardly causing destruction to physically manifest around them.  This volatile energy acts as a magnate and begins to draw to it elements on the same low vibrational scale. That's why when one thing goes wrong in a person's life everything seems to go wrong and their health begins to suffer as well. Illnesses that are developed in life are usually nothing more than the physical expression of emotional unrest. So therefore, the source of the chaos one experiences originates from them.  
Some people have been living with this phenomenon so long that it becomes an addiction. They can’t live without it because they don't know any other existence. They crave another lifestyle but subconsciously sabotage any positive aspects of their lives because they fear success – it is unfamiliar. Their feelings of inadequacy, low self-confidence overrides logic and good judgment and they end up blocking their blessings. One has to recognize this trait in themselves and understand that there are steps that must be taken in order to reprogram the mind from self-destruction to self-preservation. It all starts with Fear Based Living vs. Joy Based Living.

Fear based living consists of being consumed by guilt, low self esteem, jealousy, etc.  The origins of these feelings are manifold; childhood trauma, adult trauma, media, religion are just a few. Over time, this fear can develop into deep depression which can express itself in the form of frustration with career/job, love/romance, friends/family etc. Some people feel like they are being punished by God because they are unhappy. The cause lies with their unwillingness to accept responsibility for their own actions which lead to their current condition. Therefore they absolve themselves of this responsibility by placing blame elsewhere.  One begins to take control by accepting responsibility, learning who they are, accepting who they are and knowing what they want; learning the art of balance and how to focus on the bright spots in their life and expand it until it illuminates the darkness.  


Joy based living begins with overstanding that fear and faith/confidence/knowing do not belong in the same mind-set. Confidence, tranquility, love, living in abundance (despite not being monetarily rich) and stability are characteristics of joy based living. People who operate from this angle attract more of what they visualize. In order to make the switch to Joy based living, a person has to unplug periodically from the media, negative friends -- the world around them and plug into themselves.  Identify what you have, what you want. Then begin to do an internal scan to uncover the root cause for your not having what you desire. It all starts with the mental state you are currently in. Are you in a particular situation because of anything that is listed under the Fear Based Living paragraph or something in the same vein?

For example, are you in want of a mate but can't find someone suitable? Do you feel it’s because the dating pool is limited? Perhaps it is because of your preconceived notions about dating and relationships. Perhaps you have been fed misinformation about what to expect or what to look for in a partner. Perhaps you actually harbor some unhealthy feelings about dating and relationships or about a particular gender and those thoughts are generating the exact type you don't want. Maybe you have low self-esteem, low self-confidence or prior experiences that have left you jaded and bitter. These are all possible factors that have to be examined. Don't be afraid to see the ugly truth. Once you face it head on you can change it. That is how you evolve. That is the ONLY way to begin to make the necessary mental and spiritual changes in order to bring about the desired result.

Creating your Reality

The law of mentalism is the first Universal Law which states, "The ALL is Mind, The universe is Mind." Meaning the universe is mental and everything originates from thought which crystallizes into physical form.  Therefore the Universe interacts/co-creates with individuals on a mental level with each thought having its own vibrational frequency.  That's why positive thoughts and emotions are so important.  If you are one that believes in the *Law of Correspondence, as above so below, then you believe that humans are walking mini-universes. Thus, like the universe, we are mental as well. Any and everything starts with thought!  We think something, speak it and it manifests.  The power of mental force is the architect of the life you live. Most of the occurrences in a person's life are due to their thought patterns which impacts their frequency.  So, if the bulk of your thoughts are I can't, I'm trying, I don't have, I need, I'm hanging in there then you will always be in a state of lack. When you focus on what you don’t have or what you don’t want, the universe responds to this vibration by obtaining and maintaining this state (lack) for you because it thinks this is what you want because that's what you are focusing on. Its job is to reflect back to you what you send it.  

I can, I do, I have, I want, are the phrases that should be used when constructing your micro-universe. Those words carry a certain vibration that act as keys and unlock certain portals in the universe.  Once those portals are activated, the universe begins the task of bringing to you vibrations that match the vibrations you are giving off (all that you requested).This is how it assists you in obtaining and maintaining your desired physical state.

* The Law of Correspondence: The law states that what takes place in the planes above the earth is reflected in the activities that take place on the earth. It's the relationship of the macro-cosmic and the micro-cosmic reality. Man can get a sense of the working order of the cosmos by studying life on earth.  

How to Raise your Vibrations 

Food

Food is essential in creating an internal alkaline environment and maintaining homeostasis. The right foods can skyrocket your vibrations. The wrong foods can plummet them. A plant-based diet is the way to higher frequency; green leafy vegetables such as, Kale, Collards and Mustard Greens are great. Organic fruits are a must. Avoid: dairy, refined sugars, processed foods, frozen foods, fast foods, Soy, GMO, farm raised anything. All of these foods attack your DNA and disrupt normal biological processes. Incorporate sea vegetables such as Nori, Kelp, Wakame into your diet. These sea vegetables contain Iodine which is essential in the diet. It is known to ward off many types of cancers.  Greatly limit red meat & poultry intake. This will help clear your body of toxins from your circulatory system. This lays the ground work for spiritual, mental and physical balance and elevation.


Media

That TV - unplug it. Most of the programming on TV creates unnatural, anti-spiritual alternate realities. Its “contributions” to mankind are fear, anxiety, stress, and depression because the majority of the content is steeped in sensationalism, degradation, skewed statistics and violence. What people see on TV they tend to internalize and assimilate the illusions into their own lives. Their submission to these images is what makes the illusion real for them.  For instance, if the media reports on the dismal job market, people automatically panic and fear they will not be able to find work. Their submission to the collective realty brings it to life for them. A person that activates the Laws of Mentalism and Vibration understands that just because the job market is in the toilet doesn’t mean it has to affect their finding one; because they are tapping into the Law of abundance (there is enough for everyone). The same goes for the dating scene. Just because other people are having a hard time finding a mate doesn’t mean you have to too. Or just because the Flu is going around the office – doesn’t mean you have to catch it. By not succumbing to alternate realities, an individual can do the necessary preparation, planning and energy work to protect themselves.

Understanding and applying the laws of mentalism and vibration gives people the ability to reject unwanted states of being.  The Universal Law of Abundance gives one additional resources to tap into.

Newspapers, Magazines, Tabloids, Online News Magazines - TAKE A BREAK from them as well. 

Thoughts

Pay close attention to your thought patterns on a DAILY BASIS. This will take discipline but essential if one is to be successful at this task. Once you start to monitor your thoughts, you will be amazed at how many negative thoughts flash through your mind while you are busy doing anything, shopping, walking, eating, or just resting on a bench and people watching. You will catch yourself complaining about your job, friends, or not having enough money or you will start to criticize people on the street. That behavior is what you need to correct. Think about how you view yourself. Are you criticizing yourself they way you criticize everything and everyone else? Those thoughts need to be reversed. Every negative thought you have - you should catch yourself and turn it into a positive one.  For example, instead of dwelling on how much you hate your job, focus on the fact that you have one and begin pouring all of that energy into finding another job or  better yet, creating your own. This will help give you a sense of power and allow you a more optimistic outlook on life. Your hard work and productivity will benefit you.

Meditation

Meditation is a great way to relax your mind and body and to clear mental clutter. It’s the best way to align your inner knowing and tap into a higher spirit. If you have questions or concerns that need to be addressed, meditation is the best way get insight and guidance to any dilemma you are facing.

Below are different types of meditation. Find one or several that fit your personality:

Chakra Color Meditation – There are seven major energy centers in the body that have a corresponding color called Chakras.  These Chakras align roughly from the base of the spine to the top of the head, and they influence physical and emotional health. By imagining the color of each Charka zone spinning, you can help keep them functioning optimally, as well as, heighten your intuition.

Silent Meditation -  Many meditations are performed silently, while sitting in a quiet place. But you can also engage in silent meditation while doing something active, such as walking. Simply, clear your mind. Stop thinking of work, relationships, and other matters. Turn your attention to the present - Silence.

Sound Meditation - Some people find that using sound helps them to meditate. A sound, word or phrase that is repeated, called a mantra, can help induce a state of stillness. Chanting can be used to shift brainwave frequencies to a meditative level. Other types of sound meditation involve singing, drumming, or playing singing bowls to produce altered states of consciousness. Listening to soothing, inspirational music can enhance relaxation and awareness.

Visual Meditation - Creating a visual image can help quiet the mind. Think of a peaceful soothing scene, such as a white sandy beach. Sit or lie in a comfortable place, close your eyes, and bring to mind a scene of your choosing. Let go of all other thoughts. You can also travel to a destination you have been to in the past or would like to go to. Imagine what it looks like- be detailed.

*Automatic Writing

Guided Meditation- a person takes a class or  pops in a CD, DVD, or clicks onto Youtube and listens as someone verbally leads them through a series of steps designed to bring them to a deep state of relaxation.  These steps involve a combination of breathing and visualization techniques.

Active Meditation - Yoga, Tai Chi, are forms of active mediation. Letting your mind empty itself out of everyday thoughts allows one to engage in this type of meditation. Exercising, running, walking can also be added to the list.   Mundane activities such as gardening, doing laundry, washing dishes can also be forms of physically active meditation.

Breathing Mediation - A person can sit in a quiet area and begin to count from one to four as they breath in deeply and slowly. As they exhale, they can count backwards from four to one. This will allow an individual to focus their attention on their breathing and help them clear their mind and enter a more relaxed state. The steps should be  repeated for at least fifteen minutes.


In order to create the life you want you have to learn from your past but live in the present. As the saying goes, "there is no future in the past". Begin to form images and ideas in your head of the life you want to live. Don't be dissuaded by the environment around you or the artificial voice in your head that tells you it is impossible. You only limit yourself. We are all given the divine gifts of mental power and creative force. Those two principles coupled with engaging the powers of the universe make each and everyone of us unstoppable. One of the spiritual lessons needed to be learned in life is the Power of Self. You have all that you need to live a life of Joy and Success.

Live by the adage: “Wherever the mind goes, the wo/man will follow.”
